Recently RETECH made gas flame hardening of the teeth, belonged to the big gear. This gear put in
motion a huge calcinatorin a factory close to Varna town. This gear has
154 teeth modulus m=30 and diameter 4680mm.Hardening was done on the spot, without
dismounting of the gear ,using RETECH?s equipment, transported to the factory. Leading gear
dia.804 mm was also hardened. Work was done for 5
days.
