Most specialists say that camshafts are parts ,which  reconditioning by build-up welding is impossible-at least very difficult; about camshafts ,made by cast iron this is something unthinkable. But good  technology gives opportunity to resize journals with wearing out beyond  possibilities of the plating technologies. The gears were new manufactured , but touch between teeth faces was hardly 30% and teeth were with very low hardness.

RETECH specialists increased touch of the belonging teeth faces up to 90% and by gas- flame surface hardening increased teeth hardness up to 350 HB.

Whole job was carried out on board for 7 days?
