Recondition Cylinder covers
The Cylinder covers for slow speed engines are repaired by changing the combustion section by a new one.
The inner side of the cover is cleaned, inspected and crack detected.
The new combustion section is cast, stress relieved and pre-machined.
The water side of the new insert is polished.
The insert is fixed to the cover and is automatically submerged welded.
For B&W covers VT2BF/KEF, the valve liner holes are machined; the hew valve liners are fixed and welded at the bottom end.
